CBR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 562 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14P19, SBF1, and PACSIN2. Each is linked with CBR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBR4-to-partner and partner-to-CBR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN14P19 grouped by CBR4-low versus CBR4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
