Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,165 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CBR1, CBR3_S192, and EPHX1. Each is linked with CBR3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBR3-to-partner and partner-to-CBR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBR3 versus CBR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
