Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,068 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLI1, GSN, and SH3RF2. Each is linked with CBR3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBR3-to-partner and partner-to-CBR3 results are reported.
