Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 408 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4748, RNU6-1097P, and RNU1-17P. Each is linked with CBR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBR3-to-partner and partner-to-CBR3 results are reported.
