Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and PCNA. Each is linked with CBR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBR3-to-partner and partner-to-CBR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIGAR grouped by CBR3-low versus CBR3-high in UCEC.
