CBR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,848 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL591P, MRPS35P2, and LINC01848. Each is linked with CBR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBR1-to-partner and partner-to-CBR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL591P grouped by CBR1-low versus CBR1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
