Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, EGFR_pY1068, and EGFR. Each is linked with CBR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBR1-to-partner and partner-to-CBR1 results are reported.
