Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CBLN2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CBLN2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CBLN2 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CBLN2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and UCEC show a favorable association.

LUSC, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where CBLN2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
