CBLN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,499 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOK6, LRFN5, and DSEL. Each is linked with CBLN2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLN2-to-partner and partner-to-CBLN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBLN2 versus DOK6 in LGG, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBLN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBLN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
