Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,789 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGOH, NUDCD2, and RAD54L. Each is linked with CBLN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLN2-to-partner and partner-to-CBLN2 results are reported.
