Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Collagen-VI, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with CBLN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLN2-to-partner and partner-to-CBLN2 results are reported.
