Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,640 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBLN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA12B, HSPA12A, and ANK2. Each is linked with CBLN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLN1-to-partner and partner-to-CBLN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBLN1 versus HSPA12B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
