Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEMF. Each is linked with CBLN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLN1-to-partner and partner-to-CBLN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBLN1 versus NEMF in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.18.
