CBLN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 428 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP8, VTI1A, and ZNF256. Each is linked with CBLN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLN1-to-partner and partner-to-CBLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP8 grouped by CBLN1-low versus CBLN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
