The most reproducible CBLN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are U2-type prespliceosome assembly, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, and Negative regulation of adaptive immune response. Each is linked with CBLN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLN1-to-partner and partner-to-CBLN1 results are reported.
