CBLL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,336 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBLL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMAHP, CCDC69, and FBL. Each is linked with CBLL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLL1-to-partner and partner-to-CBLL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBLL1 versus CMAHP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
