Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,493 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBLB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CBLB_S634, CLPX, and DAPK3. Each is linked with CBLB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLB-to-partner and partner-to-CBLB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBLB versus CBLB_S634 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBLB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBLB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
