Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,571 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBLB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEX12P1, H2AC12, and EOMES. Each is linked with CBLB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLB-to-partner and partner-to-CBLB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PEX12P1 grouped by CBLB-low versus CBLB-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBLB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBLB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
