Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBLB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, mTOR_pS2448, and ASNS. Each is linked with CBLB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLB-to-partner and partner-to-CBLB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by CBLB-low versus CBLB-high in LUSC.
