Across TCGA cell cohorts, CBLB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,345 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBLB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of platelet-derived growth factor receptor-alpha signaling pathway, Positive regulation of TOR signaling, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with CBLB in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLB-to-partner and partner-to-CBLB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of platelet-derived growth factor receptor-alpha signaling pathway grouped by CBLB-low versus CBLB-high in OESOPHAGUS.
