CBL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CBL mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,788 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDHA4, ZNF268, and NID1. Each is linked with CBL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBL-to-partner and partner-to-CBL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCDHA4 grouped by CBL-low versus CBL-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
