CBFA2T3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBFA2T3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,172 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBFA2T3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF4P2, TRAJ42, and MTCO2P32. Each is linked with CBFA2T3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBFA2T3-to-partner and partner-to-CBFA2T3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATF4P2 grouped by CBFA2T3-low versus CBFA2T3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBFA2T3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBFA2T3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
