Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBFA2T2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,595 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBFA2T2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NT5DC3, MTND2P18, and RNU6-1251P. Each is linked with CBFA2T2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBFA2T2-to-partner and partner-to-CBFA2T2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NT5DC3 grouped by CBFA2T2-low versus CBFA2T2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBFA2T2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBFA2T2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
