Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CBFA2T2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 504 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBFA2T2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGXB4, EP300, and CRNKL1. Each is linked with CBFA2T2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBFA2T2-to-partner and partner-to-CBFA2T2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGXB4 grouped by CBFA2T2-low versus CBFA2T2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBFA2T2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBFA2T2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
