CAVIN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAVIN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,164 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAVIN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, OR11H12, and MIR3935. Each is linked with CAVIN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAVIN4-to-partner and partner-to-CAVIN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF5 grouped by CAVIN4-low versus CAVIN4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAVIN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAVIN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
