CAVIN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAVIN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 271 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAVIN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBY1, DESI1, and FZD3. Each is linked with CAVIN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAVIN4-to-partner and partner-to-CAVIN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBY1 grouped by CAVIN4-low versus CAVIN4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAVIN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAVIN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
