CAVIN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAVIN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,083 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAVIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRMT5, PSMD7, and SGTA. Each is linked with CAVIN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAVIN2-to-partner and partner-to-CAVIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRMT5 grouped by CAVIN2-low versus CAVIN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAVIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAVIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
