CAV3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAV3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,313 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAV3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-166P, CCT3P1, and CST12P. Each is linked with CAV3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAV3-to-partner and partner-to-CAV3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-166P grouped by CAV3-low versus CAV3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAV3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAV3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
