Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAV3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,914 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAV3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of type 2 mitophagy, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Nucleic acid transport. Each is linked with CAV3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAV3-to-partner and partner-to-CAV3 results are reported.
