CAV2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAV2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 286 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAV2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF9, ZFP91P1, and LINC02340. Each is linked with CAV2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAV2-to-partner and partner-to-CAV2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF9 grouped by CAV2-low versus CAV2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAV2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAV2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
