CAV1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAV1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,976 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, LINC01072, and RNA5SP198. Each is linked with CAV1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAV1-to-partner and partner-to-CAV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by CAV1-low versus CAV1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
