Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CATSPERG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,663 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CATSPERG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCIRG1, TBCB, and PRTN3. Each is linked with CATSPERG in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATSPERG-to-partner and partner-to-CATSPERG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CATSPERG versus TCIRG1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATSPERG→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATSPERG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
