CATSPERG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CATSPERG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 512 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CATSPERG-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10R2, GDF2, and OR6B3. Each is linked with CATSPERG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATSPERG-to-partner and partner-to-CATSPERG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10R2 grouped by CATSPERG-low versus CATSPERG-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATSPERG→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATSPERG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
