CATSPERE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CATSPERE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,503 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CATSPERE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YARS1, NRDC, and NAA10. Each is linked with CATSPERE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATSPERE-to-partner and partner-to-CATSPERE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CATSPERE versus YARS1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATSPERE→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATSPERE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
