Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CATSPERE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,455 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CATSPERE-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRABD, POLG, and SNHG21. Each is linked with CATSPERE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATSPERE-to-partner and partner-to-CATSPERE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRABD grouped by CATSPERE-low versus CATSPERE-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATSPERE→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATSPERE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
