CATSPERE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CATSPERE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CATSPERE-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPN1LW, DKK4, and C9. Each is linked with CATSPERE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATSPERE-to-partner and partner-to-CATSPERE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPN1LW grouped by CATSPERE-low versus CATSPERE-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATSPERE→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATSPERE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
