CATSPER2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CATSPER2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,935 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CATSPER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51-AS1, ERVK13-1, and PPIP5K1. Each is linked with CATSPER2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATSPER2-to-partner and partner-to-CATSPER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CATSPER2 versus RAD51-AS1 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATSPER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATSPER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
