CATSPER2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CATSPER2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,169 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CATSPER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP139, C19orf54, and NANOGP10. Each is linked with CATSPER2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATSPER2-to-partner and partner-to-CATSPER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP139 grouped by CATSPER2-low versus CATSPER2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATSPER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATSPER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
