CATSPER1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CATSPER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,239 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CATSPER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OSCAR, GPR84, and RNASE2. Each is linked with CATSPER1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATSPER1-to-partner and partner-to-CATSPER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CATSPER1 versus OSCAR in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATSPER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATSPER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
