Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CATSPER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,934 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CATSPER1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHO2, CD14, and DPYD. Each is linked with CATSPER1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATSPER1-to-partner and partner-to-CATSPER1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CATSPER1 versus PLEKHO2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATSPER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATSPER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
