CATSPER1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CATSPER1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CATSPER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, eEF2, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with CATSPER1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATSPER1-to-partner and partner-to-CATSPER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by CATSPER1-low versus CATSPER1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATSPER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATSPER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
