CATIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CATIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,258 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CATIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT140, CETN2_S20, and RPGR_S961. Each is linked with CATIP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATIP-to-partner and partner-to-CATIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CATIP versus IFT140 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
