CATIP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CATIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,038 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CATIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB3, CYTH4, and MFNG. Each is linked with CATIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATIP-to-partner and partner-to-CATIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CATIP versus CRYBB3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.83.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
