Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,212 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, SMCHD1, and CAMSAP1_S1232. Each is linked with CAT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAT-to-partner and partner-to-CAT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAT versus DDAH1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
