Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,971 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDK1, ZSCAN31, and UNC119B. Each is linked with CAT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAT-to-partner and partner-to-CAT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAT versus PDK1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
