Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,339 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are VDR, TST, and CHN1. Each is linked with CAT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAT-to-partner and partner-to-CAT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAT versus VDR in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
