Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASTOR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,470 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASTOR3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with CASTOR3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASTOR3-to-partner and partner-to-CASTOR3 results are reported.
