CASTOR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASTOR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,785 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASTOR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB8, TRIM21, and PML. Each is linked with CASTOR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASTOR2-to-partner and partner-to-CASTOR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASTOR2 versus PSMB8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASTOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASTOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
