CASTOR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASTOR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 99 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASTOR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP211, RNA5SP396, and POLR2KP2. Each is linked with CASTOR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASTOR1-to-partner and partner-to-CASTOR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP211 grouped by CASTOR1-low versus CASTOR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASTOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASTOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
