CAST

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAST RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,887 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAST-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINB1, CAST_S575, and ANXA2. Each is linked with CAST in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAST-to-partner and partner-to-CAST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAST versus SERPINB1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAST→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
